Following a discount during the Black Friday sales, Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 has reached an all-time high in player numbers on Steam. Over the weekend, according to SteamDB's charts, it drew in 77,655 players at its peak, setting a new record on Valve's platform.
This surge in players is not unfamiliar to this game; it similarly attracted over 70,000 players on Steam back in January. While there is no information about player numbers on other platforms, it is likely that PlayStation and Xbox also saw a significant increase due to the Black Friday sales.
